Pilot Iroshizuku Ink: Mini Fountain Pen Refill for Smooth Writing

SP: I have used Iroshizuku inks almost exclusively since I began writing with fountain pens years ago... in general, they enhance the writing quality of any pen they are placed in & eliminate much of the bleeding & feathering issues common with other inks. They are considered high-end inks in the fountain pen world.
I especially love the 3-pc. gift sets and have bought quite a few over time. I especially love this set - of Yama Budo, (and my favorite all time!)-a gorgeous berry/fuschia color; Shinkai - a deep navy/black; and Aja-gao - a light, saturated royal blue and one the many unigue blues that Pilot is famous for. It makes a perfect gift for yourself or someone else. I think anyone who knows what a pleasure it is to write with quality ink will love this!

Robin: What can I say? The colors are gorgeous and they flow like magic. Will make any pen feel at least a bit smoother. Note that they're not meant to be water resistant.

Edit: Asa-Gao is not as purple as the photos make it seem. It's a very vibrant blue with a bit of purple mixed it. I love the color but it's not as purple as I wanted it to be. Also, Shin-Kai is a bit too muted for an ink. Note that this is based on my own color preferences, otherwise they're amazing inks.

Family: I've used custom Montblanc ink for years. I feel this ink is far superior. The pen write smoother, the ink flows better, and the colors are consistent and fantastic. My pen of choice is a Waterman Expert fountain with a gold and white gold fountain tip. My signature and writing stands out more now, and makes a solid statement.

Melissa TMelissa T: I'm still fairly new to fountain pens and inks. I've already ordered a ton within a few weeks. I really wanted 'Yama-Budo' but didn't want to commit to the large bottle. These are perfect with other colors to try. It was also packed well and I like the little box it comes with. Definitely want more sets.

Buxtehude: Bought these for personal use, a little variation from the big ink bottles I've been using for years, but I've come to realise that this set would be great for gift giving as well, if of course you know a fellow enthusiast or two. As far as the inks themselves go, the ones I've tried so far have been of top quality and the sample sizes could well lead to further purchases of the more economical larger sizes.
