Angela Newton: The ball is great. I have one like it at home and bought one for my office at work. However, the one I have at home came with a foot pump and this one came with a hand pump. My arms are killing me and I still haven't gotten this thing blown up all the way. So frustrated!

SEF: I have spina bifida, and I’ve pretty much been able to do almost everything anyone else could do the majority of my life, but when I got into my 40s, I developed scoliosis and some other back illnesses that started to cause me debilitating pain as well as limiting my ability to walk. so one of my PT people had me doing certain exercises with yoga ball to help with the scoliosis and keeping the spine stretched out because I didn’t have the money to buy one of those long carts that you go upside down and it stretches the spine out because that’s what I need. But she told me what size yoga ball to get because they do go by your height. When I first saw it, it looks so small I thought I had gotten the wrong size and this was never going to work… But then it has its own little pump, which is great because I worried about that too like what happens if it loses air? But you pump it up yourself and then you have the pump to add air because it does eventually lose air when you’re using it every day. But I use it three times a day. About 10 minutes a day to do certain exercises for my spine and I love it, and I wish I had bought one for years ago when all of this stuff started....
