Got this to occasionally tie my dog out. Some tie out wires often get crimped and caught, eventually very close to breaking. Hasn't happened, but this gives me peace of mind that it won't for a very long time. Also, the heavier hardware of the clip is easier to handle than smaller ones.

I have an absolute crazy dog that loves to chase cars but I don't have to worry about her getting hit or getting off her lead with this lead. I really like how both ends are just the open/close hooks and not that weird circly thing that are usually on them now so yes we love this product because it's ensures our doggy stays safe!!!!

En mi trabajo hay un perrito (cruza de pastor alemán) que por su seguridad tiene que estar amarrado una parte del día (para evitar accidentes por entrada y salida de vehículos) anteriormente le ponían una cadena pesada y no tenía mucha movilidad. con esta “cadena” puede caminar un diámetro considerable sin pesadez y ademas es súper durable, ya que después de 3 meses de uso constante sigue en perfectas condiciones

PROS: It holds my 100+ lb Pitbull so him and the neighbor dog don't run off and get into trouble together. Also keeps him safe from getting hit or anything and since we live out in the country never know what kind of wild animals are out there!
CONS: After a few months of usage it IS showing signs of wear and tear, the plastic coating is starting to come off in spots but I have also used it during winter time where the temperatures got COLD with snow. I just put some tape over it.
WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN? Yes. After all it is saving my dog's life and me a piece of mind.

I love it being lightweight. Not like a chain. I hope this one lasts longer than previous cables. Only difficulty was all the cable ties to get to the product. I have arthritis and it was hard to cut so many. Too heavy duty for older people
