Kindle Customer: Custom print was correct and attractive in appearance. Collar was ad expected. I was a little concerned as the fastener is plastic. Wondering about how sturdy it might prove to be. So far no problem with it

HisLioness: Perfect width for my boy. Usually they are too wide or too narrow. The tag that comes on. It is perfect and has just the right amount of info to be helpful if ever needed and is on the collar well enough to stay put. The only problem I have is the reflective part scrapes off. He likes to roll in the grass. I don’t understand how that should take the reflective part off which is too bad because the reflective part is really good because he is all black and it gets pretty dark in our yard so he is easy to spot when he is being stubborn about coming in.
