Joseph Aguilar: Great Product, fast turn around. Only problem was I ordered 15 name tags and received 14. One had a red circle around the quantity which is the one I am missing. Would either like the backordered one or a refund for the one not sent... That said I would reorder from Bright Texts again. over cost and product are great.

Jasmine: I ordered this with the expectation that I would have it by the date range it gave on the page. I immediately got a notice that the shipping label was created and it was never shipped until after it should have been delivered. At this point although I got free shipping, I then had to pay to ship it to my daughter who went to college one day prior to it getting here. The kicker was it only had to go about 6 hours to get here. Shipped from NY to deliver to NY. Order far in advance to get it when you need it. The product itself was good, speed of shipping was not.
