Mines CrewMines Crew: I am a huge reviews kind of person, especially if the item(s) are excellent and exceeds expectation. Both identifications, one for my S.A. and one for me, are perfect! The quality of each ID is superb, meaning all the information I needed on each is there and more than just legible, everything is laid out and labeled so there is NO mistaking anything- from his classification (type) & number of registration to everywhere he is allowed to be. I also have to mention how VERY much I love the QR codes on the IDs as well, it gives me just one more avenue to show those people who think a disability is always seen outwardly he is a legal and registered Service Animal.
Both identification cards are as thick as a credit card, though far more durable, so mine will withstand the inevitable washings it will receive.
My S.A.’s identification easily attaches to his harnesses, something that is VERY important to me due to a recent experience. Even the casing it comes in is obviously made to be durable, recognizable from a distance, AND does not cover any information on the card. It’s kind of like a case you would get for a cell phone.

Amazon Customer: I would like to save that I'm very happy with Rockys ID badge . Very high quality. I bring Rocky to Doggy Daycare twice a week . And one one the dogs was put in a time out for being naughty , as she was in her time out she chewed up Ricky's ID badge . I contacted Amazon customer service and asked if I could get a replacement as to contact the seller. Customer service misunderstood and an contacted the seller and said I was not happy about the badge , on the contrary, I'm very happy with Rockys badge ,all I asked from Amazon Customer service was to contact the seller and see if was possible to get a duplicate. Amazon Customer service is the one who made the mistake by saying I was not satisfied with the badge . It was the opposite, I was very happy with the badge . I'm sure it was just a miscommunication. I contacted the seller today and spoke with Mary , very professional and friendly. I explained to Mary I was very satisfied and would like a duplicate badge do to another dog at daycare destroyed the badge . Mary understood and is sending me a new duplicate and problem solved . Great communicator Mary is . And my badge is on its way . Amazon Customer service made an honest mistake...
