My daughter is a old soul and loves her kerosene lighter since we enjoy the outdoor. It comes in handy when in the Woods or out camping. Just be careful this lighter is no joke Nd can be potent if u leave too much flint left at the tip. But we’ll enjoyed if you follow the instructions

I had one of these 50 years ago and it worked great. It is a simple device and could be useful if it were reliable.
This one is all show and no go. I followed all instructions and allowed a generous break in period before reviewing.
Th pros are it looks nice and hangs inconspicuously on a key chain and it seals tightly.
It’s Cheap.
The cons are it doesn’t work well at all. The spark is very weak so it is hard to get going. and perhaps the wick is not doing a good job.
According to the instructions The wick is easily burnt if you leave it lit for over 6 seconds.
That might be adequate for lighting a smoke but to start a fire in any situation short of optimal the wick will burn up.
Probably loading it with a more volatile liquid like lacquer solvent and kerosene mixed would pep it up.

I wish it worked. I wish it had done what it said it could. Most of all, besides not working as instructed, I wish the wrap wasn't so cheap that it fell off within the first 12 hours.
