Caramel Macchiato: Con un piccolo pc portatile e una postazione non fissa, uso il tastierino numerico USB da sempre. A seguito dell'obsolescenza del precedente mi sono trovata a doverlo sostituire e per ora questo risponde a tutte le esigenze. Collegamento immediato (si inserisce la presa), sottile e leggero (ottimo per gli spostamenti), comprende tutti i comandi che mi servono.
Forse l'avrei preferito con una superficie un po' più contenuta, sarei stata disposta ad usare tasti più piccoli per guadagnare spazio perché se avessi spazio in abbondanza, userei una tastiera.

karetnikov: Dopo un mese e mezzo di uso quotidiano, sono molto soddisfatto di questo tastierino (modello Quiet Key). I tasti agiscono prontamente e danno una risposta chiara alla pressione, per cui si possono usare anche senza guardare lo schermo. L'oggetto è un po' grande e molto leggero, ma non sembra delicato, io comunque non lo porto in giro, lo tengo in permanenza accanto al laptop collegato alla docking station (quando il laptop va in giro non gli serve il tastierino). Personalmente ho preferito la versione col filo USB, per liberarmi dell'ennesima batteria da ricaricare e nella speranza di avere una reazione molto pronta grazie al filo (come detto, c'è). Questa versione non ha ingressi USB, che però non rimpiango, anzi mi sembrano un controsenso, perché riducono la mobilità dell'oggetto e lo appesantiscono. Però vorrei dare un avvertimento a chi ama le tastiere dominanti nei laptop odierni, con tasti piccoli, ravvicinati e a corsa brevissima, praticamente piatti. Questo tastierino ha tasti grandi, spaziati, con molta corsa e sensazione di meccanismo a molla. Lina: I use with MacBook thus the only key doesn't function is "00". Except that the keys are just good touch feeling (not too heavy not too light) and easy to use (just to connect to USB port, no need to installation). Another thing I like is an additional USB port on the side which is very useful.

First: with NUM-LOCK OFF:
8 is UP ARROW, 4 is LEFT ARROW, 6 is RIGHT ARROW, 2 is DOWN ARROW,
9 is PAGE UP a little, 3 is PAGE DOWN a little
7 is HOME, 1 is END
0 is INSERT (does nothing on Mac, as far as I can tell)
. (period/decimal) is REVERSE DELETE? (it backspaces the character to the right of your cursor)
/ * - + Tab, Enter, and backspace don't change

JUST received this keypad. Upon arrival, all keys work perfectly on my 2012 Macbook Pro with Yosemite 10.10.5 (despite the amazon ad only mentioning pc compatibility) . A small new keyboard installation window or something like that will pop up because the Mac thought it might be a full keyboard; I just closed that window and didn't have to do any setup/install/config for it to work. Plug it in and type!

----USB PORTS----
The main reason I bought this specific keypad was because it has USB ports, so that when using the keypad I don't lose the amount of USB ports I have. As a matter of fact, now I have an extra: It uses 1 port but provides 2. My mouse works while plugged into the keypad, even the macro...

Nikip: Well I initially bought this to do some light accounting on quickbooks. I recently bought a new ultrabook that has no key pad like my old 17incher. I bought both this and the 201H and I liked this better. Better because it had smoother key operation and matches the ultrabook keystrike. HOWEVER, after just 3 uses the no.8 key doesn't work at all anymore so this thing is useless. OFCOURSE, the return policy expired three weeks ago, so amazon will not let me even access any buttons for returns. So I've contacted the manufacturer via email for resolution. If the quality is poor then I think you should skip on this item and its counterparts especially if the manufacturer is not willing to make a quality product or stand behind it. RECOMMENDATION: NO WAY, BUT KEEP POSTED.

7-24-14: Perixx made responded to the broken pad relatively fast and easily replaced it for a new FUNCTIONING one. I've been using it for months now and the pad is working great. I love it. I love the company more for standing by their product. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND THE COMPANY.
