Mickane: When I bought this, my daughter was looking for a number pad that was more comfortable and easy to use. This is it!
The number pad requires 2 x AAA batteries and the dongle that fits into your USB port is inside the battery compartment. If you are starting to have too many USB items for the laptop then you can get a USB hub.
This product delivers exactly as expected. It has comfort, good range, and no lag in responsiveness.
The only issue we found is that the USB dongle does not fit snugly, so if you open the battery compartment on a slightly upside down angle, the dongle may slip out - no points deducted for something easy to compensate for.

Kelly Rench: I ordered my original mouse/keyboard set in July 2022 and it worked perfectly the entire time. In Aug 2023, the usb receiver broke off while it was plugged into the side of my laptop when going through airport security (which was more my mistake than anything). I emailed customer support to ask if they could send me a new receiver. They ended up promptly responding and sending me an entirely new set (mouse, keypad, and receiver) right away, free of charge (as I was still under the 2 year warranty they provide). The new set works just as well as the previous set, and this time I'll be sure to unplug the receiver and place it safely in the mouse when traveling! Not to mention, my interaction with Sofia with customer support was delightful and efficient!!

My only (minor) critique of the product itself would be the sleep function and the fact that when you click to wake up the mouse, it seems to register that initial click to not only wake up the mouse, but also to click whatever you were last hovering over, which can be kinda dangerous depending on the work you're doing so you either have to remember to always leave your mouse hovering over something inconsequential, or wake...

Huy Le: The media could not be loaded.  My laptop is a dark color, so the number pad and mouse that come as a package have a sleek and contemporary look. Both the number pad and the mouse have remarkably thin profiles, making them quite portable. They can be carried easily in my laptop bag without adding any extra thickness, thanks to their portability. The construction gives off an impression of sturdiness and durability, which reassures me that it is able to survive the pressures of regular usage. Pumbaa: When I first purchased this keyboard and wireless mouse combo it didn't work. I used brand new batteries and plugged in everything as it should be and the light on the bottom of the mouse would shine for a couple moments then stop for no reason. I chose to return the combo and received a message from Acedada rep Sofia. She was amazing in sending me a new keyboard and mouse combo quickly and following up with all . The mouse now works perfectly. It easily connected to my macbook air and is so ergonomic, light and worth the purchase.

When you do purchase you will need to purchase two triple A batteries and one double A battery separately.

Mary Brock: I love the size of the mouse and number keypad. They're both small and portable and would be easy to use and transport. Unfortunately, I have a Dell XPS with USB C connections and require an adapter for USB 1 or 2. I'm running windows 11 and cannot get my computer to recognize this device. I only gave this rating since I couldn't properly test. I will be returning product.
2/23/22 Excellent customer service. Seller contacted me within 24 hrs of posting review and offered several suggestions for troubleshooting and also offered to replace or refund item and in addition is sending a bluetooth keypad for me to try. I have since tried the product on other machines and it worked fine (one running W10 and other W11). I then tried different USB ports on my laptop and was able to connect in one of the ports and the product works great. I'm very pleased with the keypad and mouse and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller's product as they stand behind their product and offer outstanding customer service and support.

Stephanie: I've only been using this mouse and number pad for a week, but so far it has done well. I like that there is one usb for both items and that you can choose to power them off individually - whether because you're not using it at the time or for when you need to stuff them in your travel bag.

I am getting used to the flatter style mouse, I previously used a microsoft mouse that has more roundness. I can't decide which I like better, so this really comes down to a personal preference then an issue with the mouse. The mouse is quiet ... those around me don't have to listen to annoying clicks while I'm working. I do find that it goes into sleep mode quite quickly, where you have to click to wake it up and getting moving again. I've never had a mouse that did that before, so it's more just something that I have to get use to and is probably a good thing as I assume this will conserve the battery more. Since I've only used it for a week I cannot speak to the battery quality/length.

The number pad has worked well. It has grip pads on the bottom to keep it in place and in general this does work well, altho at times I find myself pushing it around a little bit when I'm going...
