Shrinkwrap: Great old school quality. I write all day long, and this product makes it easy and fun. I need to jot down what patients say to me and what I need to say to them. This pen makes it effortless and the ink dries fast. The replacement ink is easy to put in, and the tip is smooth and comfortable. The metal pen feels real and strong. I have been using these for years. I use the .7 pen and love it! I also pick the pen colour to hold the colour I need and it is easy and great way to get the pen I need. LOVE 'EM!

Amazon Customer: There is a very sharp edge near the tip. This makes it quite uncomfortable to write with if you hold it near the tip like I do. It's sharp enough that if I run that edge across my thumbnail, it takes off little shavings of nail.
The pocket clip is extremely tight; you're not going to lose it, but it will destroy your pocket's hem if you regularly store it there.
It writes very cleanly, far nicer than the plastic bodied EnerGels that I'm used to which regularly leave blobs of ink where you start and stop.
I don't like the clicker on it, although that's mostly subjective; it's mushy but also gritty.
