Ryan: My outdoor cat loved it. It's easy to assemble and the heating pad is great for winter. Just be warned spiders like the heating pad too. I would suggest putting it under a table or something similar because rain can still get into the opening. It also doesn't hold up to well to heavy snow. It is light weight so wind can blow it around but there's plenty of room for a 5-10 lb weight which solved our problem. The outdoor kitty is now indoors but still loves to lounge in his house inside.

KimBurr: I bought this for the neighborhood cats who come by and I feed. I hated to see them cold so I placed this on my front stoop. They like to climb in and it looks like a clown car when they start piling out! I can feel the warmth of the heated pad and am glad they are using this.
Cons- it is definitely not sturdy. The silly cats keep jumping on top of it- as cats do- and smooshing the roof in. I will go out and fluff it back up just to have them smoosh it down again. They don’t seem to mind it smooshed but that does limit the head room in their house.
Also, a good wind would blow this 2 counties over here in WV. I have placed bricks in the bottom under the heating pad/cushion and this has kept it in place so far this winter.
I have this on my stoop which is partially covered so it works but you would not be able to just throw this up in the middle of your yard and actually have it function correctly. The roof zips on and the zippers split if any amount of force is used- wind, cats moving, etc.
This suited my needs and the stray cats seem happy with it so I am glad I purchased it.

William C.: Easy to set up, and my cat loves it. I seriously come home every day and she’s laying in it. Great purchase. The plug for the heater mat is not very long so you might consider getting an extension cord if you need it to be more than 4 feet from electrical. It’s not super sturdy, but for the price I 100% think it’s a good value. I think they sell this product without the heater mat, but don’t do it. Get this one. I specifically picked this one because there is annoying neighbor cat that is always trying to get on our porch to get my cats food so she can more easily watch her surrounding and overall be more safe from other “wildlife”

SNOZ: The cat house is fine if used indoor out of the weather and with very few cats around to use it. It keeps the one cat that does fit in it very comfortable. The floor heater is a very good idea being it gives out just enough heat to keep a cat from getting cold if used completely out of the weather. no rain, snow, or wind can get to it. Little over priced for no more that it is.

Beavis: Excellent price. Easy to assemble (velcro and a zippered part). LARGE - can 'hold' 2 adult sized cats or 1 'Barn Cat'. Can be easily disassembled for cleaning (wiping down with a disinfectant if desired.)
Con - no on/off switch or built-in timer function, which means the electric bill will go up if left on 24/7.......

I keep this one on the front porch plugged in to an outside (GFI) outlet...
I have a (very) large stray Tom who has been coming around for the last 6 years - he has already taken a little use of it. My house cats have already made use of it as well - even though they have a pet door for their use 24/7 - go figure.
