This is the best purchase I made in a long time. It Is worth every penny! I love so many things about it. The color is as pictured in the online-picture. The size, (10 quart) due to it being square it seems to have a lot more room. It is very easy to operate and clean.
I am vegan and my black bean burgers turn out delicious. Christmas is coming up soon. I would definitely recommend this for a Christmas gift.

I tried several different foods, turned the temperature up 25° AND doubled the cooking time but nothing crisped. It actually started to smoke but still mushy. Best case scenario was a tough, stale texture. But back to the smoke... I tried to troubleshoot through the manufacturer and was bounced around until "Rich" merely said to return it. No apologies or concern, just, meh, send it back. Don't trust this one.

This fryer stopped working after only a few uses and after having it less than two months. The seller refused to provide support or warranty and was rude. Thankfully, Amazon refunded my purchase when the seller refused to do so. This seller is unprofessional, will not stand behind the product, and speaks as though integrity and customer service are foreign concepts. Do not purchase this product, if it fails, you will not be provided support.

Wife been wanting one. This brand recommended by friend. Glad we got the 8 qt cuz the 6qt would have been too small, even for just 2 people. Anyway, packaged well, shipping very prompt, no damage on arrival.
I will say it is very basic. No programs, no electronics, no keypads. It's an enclosed fan (top) blowing over a heating coil (looks like the coil or burner from a conventional stove top). In bottom a removable non stick tray where you put your food items.
Controls---A huge dial thermostat (looks like something from the 1960s) with printed temperatures next to the pointer. That is the heat setting. Next to that is a mechanical timer which ticks. It serves as the on off switch also (similar to the old bathroom fan/light mechanical timers on the wall switch. You can turn it off/on or rotate it either direction while cooking. That being said, it is beautifully and simply laid out. Personally I like it because there's very few parts to go bad and looks simple to replace components. Other than a few safety switches and thermal overload switches (which all air fryers must have) it seems well built and sturdy.
