Baby WillowBaby Willow: My sleep schedule had gotten off. I fell asleep around 6:00 and woke up near midnight. 6 hours is my average sleep, so I was wide awake, and I’d continue to be so sleepy at 6pm I couldn’t stay awake. Not the hours I wanted to keep. I decided to try to get back to sleep with my normal sleep supplements
(L-theanine, GABA (which I was out of) ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan, melatonin, and “sleep aid” (diphenhydramine) which I knew probably wouldn’t do the trick. lansingshopper: I use passion flower to help me relax and sleep at night. I used to buy it at my local health food store. But, now the only place I can find it is on Amazon. The shipping for it usually takes a bit longer than most products so plan accordingly.

vanessa: I have had insomnia my entire life.. I've been on ambien and trazadone for it and I wanted to get off of sleep meds.. I read about passion flower and already know I like this brand so I figured I'd give it a try.. I take it and lay down within 30 min - 1 hour and I can actually sleep! I still have insomnia here and there, but it's way less frequent while taking this! a nice alternative to prescription sleep aids.
