Brian K: Please work if you're not trying to make a run very tight. They don't really hold cat six very well as if you make it too tight they will pop out. A little larger than ethernet cables, but should fit around an electrical wire.

Sigma E: These worked out perfectly. My stereo's RCA cables are fastened to the wall, wrap around the door, and lead right to the speakers. I was able to get my subwoofer in a great spot I wouldn't have been able to do safely without these fasteners (having the cords on the ground would eventually been tripped over — injury to people/damage to stereo risk).

I've used about a dozen of these, and have TONS left over. I'm going to start using these all over my home now. I've a lot of wires/cables tucked out of the way for saftey/convenience, but now I can organize everything in a much more likable way.

I feel better about the clips I've hammered into the wood in my house than what needed to be put through drywall. That's going to be the same for me, always, regarding nails & drywall. Delicate tapping to drive these in is what I recommend for drywall. These would not be difficult to remove from drywall if careless. The same is probably true of the wood, but not at the same level. The fasteners do not bolt something into a place forever immovable where the cables can be jostled a lot/stand up to a lot of friction (a child could probably pull these out if left unsupervised,...

MISS J.: Cable clips. To attach cables to wall or skirting board

Al: Stick-On clips seem to be the answer to running a cable along a baseboard. But, these clips lose their grip over time, and the cable comes tumbling down. So, I decided that clips with a little nail would probably do a better job. When I was considering using these clips, I thought I would nail them to the top of the baseboard. But this is a lot of work. A much easier approach is to nail the clips to the drywall. I was needlessly concerned that the nails would easily pull out, but this has not been the case - the drywall holds the clips just fine. By the way, this package is a lifetime supply for a homeowner.

Amazon Customer: Just as described, and tough as hell - I hammered them in using a heavy mallet hammer and they didn't bend. Nailed them into limestone with great ease.

Used for stapling a 30meter Cat 7 cable.

Jason R.: These where ok but a little expensive I thought

Jameel: The description pretty much says it all. This comes with 4 packs - 1 of each size, 100 count, nail in clips. For my purposes I didn't think this through. They don't nail into moulding very well but that's just my experience, my walls probably aren't good for this. Regardless it works so far and the one cable I organized with this looks stellar already. I have enough for a second and likely third cable, but now my problem is I don't have a long enough Cat6 to do what I want. Would buy again probably but I think I'll opt for screws next time, they will be more secure.

Summer Sault: There are different sizes and I appreciate that. I used the small ones for the flat ethernet wire that I ran from the comcast box, which is in the living room, to my computer which I have on a table in the dining room. I used the larger ones for the exterior electrical extension cord but I had to use one up and one down, side by side because there is a nail only on one side of these and that is not nearly enough to hold heavier wire. I used the ittybitty ones to run the wires for my Amazon Cloud cams and they work very well except I would have done better to buy one of those pea hammers because I smashed my fingernail a couple of times. I would buy this set again and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends (who are already "borrowing" some....I'm such a sucker!)

Ralph S Bacon: An excellent selection of clips, used whilst rewiring my workshop. I used most of the 4mm, 6mm and 8mm but have most of the 10mm left, as such cables are uncommon in a domestic environment.

I used them on wood, no masonry, so can't comment on how easy they are to hammer into brickwork. Into wood, they were no trouble at all.

A good way to get a selection of clips that you can then augment once you know what sizes you use most often.
