Jason Wilson: I use this for the fasteners on my new bike because on carbon frames you really want to tighten to spec. You can dial in the torque and it stays put.
Easy to use and feels comfortable in your hands There are other good values but I keep coming back to Park Tool because it will always do what it's supposed to do.

Bill Thomas: A very good wrench! I know it's for bicycles, but I needed it for motorcycles since the scale is below the normal automotive torque wrenches and it works perfectly for that. Added bonus, it's not made by the CCP.

Peter Bell: I bought this wrench because I found the Park TW-2 beam style range really difficult to use for installing bottom bracket cups and cartridges and square taper cranks.
With a the TW-2, you really have to contort yourself to get in a position where you can a. Read the indicator; b. Apply a good deal of effort; c. Keep the handle’s pivot point balanced and d. Use another hand to keep the tool from slipping off the part. The tw-6.2 avoids all these issues. The fact that it’s a shorter wrench without handle flex makes it much less likely to slip off the bolt or fitting I am trying to tighten.
The wrench comes in a plastic protective case, and I’m glad, because it was shipped to me in an envelope, not a box, and four of the case’s corners were dented in when I received it. That means it was dropped at least 4 times before I received it. Great.
I’m keeping the wrench because in my excitement to use the wrench I overlooked the dings, and it seems to be functioning. But shipping a $130 torque wrench in an envelope is simply unacceptable. This is a precision instrument, and dropping it has consequences. It’s not a pipe wrench.

David West: Don't be fooled by the price park tools used and looked after correctly are a life long tool.
I found the torque setting spot on, the click I admit is shuttle and I wasn't sure if I had hit the NM I was after, but there is a slight movement on the head when you're there.
The TW-6.2 has a nice weight to it, no it does not have the sockets but you get what you spend, they could do a wrench with them but it would either cost way more or park would have to make it cheaper and loose quality, glad they've chosen neither option.

decisivemoment: Does everything it needs to. The torque click is a little soft so you need to be paying attention and not jerking it around too quickly so that you don't miss it. The box it comes in could stand to be made of slightly thicker plastic and I fear it could crack given enough punishment. Torque settings are very easy to make, and as for the quality, there is impressively little lateral play in the 3/8" driver, which makes for an easier-to-use wrench and a more accurate outcome. (It's worth pointing out Park's recent point-2 update to their small torque driver, the TW-5.2, also uses a 3/8" fitting where almost all other wrenches in that category use 1/4"; this is nice for precision and compatibility with sockets and bits)
Also consider that there are relatively few cheaper wrenches in this newton-meter range that are bi-directional. You need bi-directional torque in this category to deal with things like bottom bracket cups. In my case the choice in this category ended up being either this wrench or a pricier digital one.
It's easier to go off-brand in the light torque range of roughly one to three Nm on the low end and 15-25 on the high end so long as you're willing to...
