jorgenbeorgen: After 25 years of working on my bikes I have yet to be disappointed by anything made by Park Tools. You can use an old toothbrush and rags. I find this to be quicker, less messy, and overall do a better job of cleaning a bike chain.

Abrubacca: I tried this chain cleaning system for the first time last week on my month-old electric bike. I found it easy to use and, best of all, a great way to avoid the splashing, spattering and dripping usually associated with the job. Very intuitive to use, and it did a very good job. The clean chain still required a rag rubdown to clear all the accumulated grease and grime, but that's to be expected. Highly recommended.

Steffen DamkeSteffen Damke: Einfache Handhabung und stabiles Kunststoffmaterial. Die Reinigungsleistung ist ebenfalls gut, auch wenn, zumindest bei meinem Verschmutzungsgrad mehr Umdrehungen als die angegeben 30 notwendig waren um eine vernünftige Reinigung zu erzielen.
Insgesamt eine Kaufempfehlung

SpeedbombSpeedbomb: Ich hatte bisher die Reinigung von Fahrradketten eher vernachlässigt, bis ich beim Kauf meines ersten E-Bikes vom Händler darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass eine mittlere oder gar starke Verschmutzung der Kette und Ritzel vor allem bei Pedelecs durch das höhere Drehmoment des Antriebs zu vorzeitiger Abnutzung von Kette und Ritzeln führt.
Das Kettenreinigungswerkzeug von Park Tool erleichtert den Reinigungsvorgang enorm. Neben der Kette sind natürlich auch Ritzel und Schaltwerk zu reinigen, was mit der beiliegenden Bürste recht einfach geht.
Die Flüssigkeit reicht für 2-3 Reinigungsvorgänge, dabei habe ich aber immer den Antrieb von 2 E-Bikes gereinigt.

Cleans very well and very little mess. Just don’t crank the pedals too fast, and you won’t have any spray.
