Scott: 10.18.23 Update: I am leaving my original post below but I thought it necessary for an update. After leaving this review the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund which was quickly processed. I like that they reached out and made it right, that’s great customer service. If we should need a new cuff sometime, I would not hesitate to order one here since they are clearly customer focused. Also, I updated my rating on 1 to 5 because of this service. This update was also unsolicited and I did so because of how impressed I am. Thank you for reading.
I’m not one to do reviews but I have been using this arm cuff for 5 days. I had major surgery and I have to check my blood pressure twice a day. This cuff does not work properly, I’ve done my research on how to properly put it on the wrist and how to have your arm and the readings are always way off. To the point if I hadn’t had a nurse here at my home the other day and had her do my blood pressure and then I did the cuff I probably would have called the squad because it showed my blood pressure was extremely elevated. Which it truly wasn’t.
I got a completely different monitor and tried them both the new one...

ArinaArina: Bought this blood pressure monitor for my grandma but decided to try is myself first to see if it’s hard to use. It couldn’t be any simpler, wrap it around your wrist and press 1 button- job done. Whilst trying I realised that I have a low blood pressure myself. Although I am young for a past year or so I felt really tired, weak and dizzy every morning and now I know why. So I ended up keeping this one to myself and its my must have item now just to monitor my blood pressure every day and start taking care of myself. And I’ ll buy my grandma same one as it’s very easy to use, has big screen with big bold numbers and is compact.
