PandaCat: This is my second unit that I bought for my parents. I still have an older version from Sanyo brand before it was acquired by Panasonic. I like the new version:
1. You can now charge individual batteries instead of having to charge at least a pair at a time.
2. I like the C and D battery placeholder now has an end-cap, so it'll hold the AA battery inside in place. The older version is open on both ends, so the battery might fall off.

Lisa S.: I have given this away many times as gifts and have bought at least four sets for myself to use in different locations. The starter set gives you just enough for basic household battery usage. There was a green indicator light on the charger that tells you that your batteries are charging And it is so easy to always have the right battery on hand ready to go. Not to mention huge impact on the environment and not having to waste a lot of money purchasing batteries that you just throw in the garbage. Totally the way to go! I highly recommend.

Wyatt Newton: I purchased this kit about 8 years back and all the batteries still function like new. The charger works great and the converters are super handy in case you run into a device that takes a less common battery size. The batteries still provide optimal voltage to devices after many years and last a good amount of time between recharges. I have saved $80 / year on batteries. It's hard to argue against investing in a kit like this, it's better for your wallet and it's less dangerous batteries in landfills.

Francisco Lopez: Nunca he tenido fallas con eneloop, por eso regreso a comprar se esta marca cada que mis hijos pierden las baterías.
La caja en sí no es de la mejor calidad, sin embargo nos ha servido para tener guardadas las baterias e ir teniendo un mejor control.

Right now they're in relatively low energy products.
We have a set in our remotes, in some fairy lights and in our kitchen scale
So far they work great, we haven't had to charge them yet and it's been about 2 months.
I think for the price it's worth it. Regular batteries are expensive and these you get to use over and over again

The kit is great to have lots of battery sizes and adapters to choose from !

The charger is updated from previous versions; it allows for individual battery charging(no longer requires charging in pairs ) . It has overheat and overcharge protege ruin which is great. For best charging, I would leave dead batteries charging overnight or longer and then have them cool down for an hour or so . the charging process does get them hot .

These batteries perform exceptionally well! I use them in my external flashes for my camera and I don't have to worry about poor performance . they work well for other uses as well ( keyboards , mice flashlights etc ). I keep buying more of these batteries to replace my alkaline ones. The lifespan of these makes me feel better about my Eco footprint.

the case is good for home or office setting but I wouldn't really transport the batteries or charger this way . I do wish the case included battery holders so I could just travel with the batteries alone and not the whole set .

I am an eneloop supporter for years and will continue to be .
I highly recommend this set to anyone looking to have reliable batteries...

Elle: I first heard of Eneloop after getting a film camera (The Fujifilm Instax Mini 8, to be exact), and I was researching a good reusable battery to use with it. It requires 2 AA batters, but really sucks up the juice of typical batteries, using their entire charge about every 100 pictures taken. As someone who tries not to be wasteful, I decided I really needed to get some reusable batters. I haven’t tried to see if these batteries are able to do more than 100 pictures yet, but when that happens, I’ll make a note to update this review.

So when I decided to go on a camping trip, I realized I was going to bring this camera, as well as several flashlights with me, and it only made since to invest in this kit. The spacers were also a huge bonus, because I couldn’t find any reusable D batteries. If you’re wondering how they work, it’s very simple: they are like empty cartridges that you place a AA battery inside, screw on the lid, then put that cartridge inside the flashlight. While you won’t get a light as bright as you would if you actually had D batteries, you get a light that works well, and was just fine for what I needed it for.
