dawn: I can not believe I still have both of these still. It is getting close to have to rebuy this. My cat loves these two items. She loves to run right up to them and jump right on them, lay all over them, sleep on them. Most of all she love to put her nails right into them and tear it up.

Loretta L. Usilton: We currently have four cats. In the past year, we adopted a new kitten and took in my parent's six year old cat, Tammy. Tammy has a long history of tearing up my parents upholstered furniture. I purchased these cat scratchers in the hopes that they wouldn't go after my brand new living room sectional. What can I say? They absolutely love these! They use them religiously. Tammy takes out all her frustrations on them instead of the furniture. They also all love to lounge on them.
I highly recommend these. I will never be without these in my home again.

Catherine Fortney: Seriously. This cured my cat from scratching not only my furniture, but literally everything!!! He is a "frustrated scratcher," and tears apart anything in his path when he is upset about something. This is a dream come true. He ONLY scratches on this now. He doesn't touch the furniture or carpets at all any more. The ONLY negative about this product is that it tends to leave cardboard shreds on the floor after a particularly enthusiastic scratch. Just vacuum it up! It is worth every penny. Long lasting and very satisfying for your cat. The best part I noticed? It actually helps your cat shed that "over nail" that they grow over their claws. He just loves it. I'm definitely going to keep these on every floor of my house. And... I have a very happy cat! :)

Donna H.: Most importantly, the cats love this! Have 2 cats and for a long time each would sit on a piece near each other and sleep and look out the glass door. They loved it so much I decided to get each of them a set so they could be "taller" and look out the door.
My cats adore this "furniture" . :) It's like their sectional sofa or something. It's definitely their happy place!! The other day one of the cats was so stressed out from itching (she has allergies) that I opened a new one and she immediately forgot her distress. She sharpened her claws, jumped from one piece to another, laid down and went to sleep.
I love that it looks a lot nicer than the typical flat cardboard cat scratchers I used to buy. And even though it's kind of on the pricey side, the first one is still usable that I bought a year ago although it leaves a lot more shreds nowadays to vacuum up. :)
All in all I am 100% satisfied with this purchase as are my cats. Good quality, decent looking for what they are, plenty long and wide enough for most any cat (one of mine is part Abyssinian so a very long cat). They also have fun playing with the hole below where they usually perch on the biggest...

THIS SCRATCHER solves that issue … and it’s more reasonably priced!
My Queen has gone to the Cat Farm where they chase birds and mice all night and sleep in a patch of sun all day. I now have a little Duke and Princess to rule the Kingdom. This lounger set is the perfect size for my little ones! I enjoy all the benefits of the other lounger and the shape of this one provides a second piece to be used. And both cats happily use their lounger scratchers!
I’m buying my second set now, and hope that by the time they become full size adults, FluffyDream will have a larger version of this set. (I still have a year or two.) I will continue to buy this set in the future!
