la plume d'une femme: During the panic buying of the spring of 2020, I couldn't understand why there was a run on dishwasher detergent. Chicken, yes. Lysol, yes. Toilet paper, whoa. But dishwasher detergent? Like washing dishes in the sink is a fate we cannot accept. But I noticed there was still one brand left behind as the shelves were emptied - Palmolive. I had never noticed it before, but now I was forced to buy it or do without.
I would have to agree with those who noticed spotting left behind on their dishes. Small white spots and an occasional bigger patch. The rest of the things got clean enough, but I don't think they have that squeaky clean feeling they do after washing with Cascade. I do miss my Cascade, but I can wait and do my dishes by hand if I have to when the Palmolive is gone......I'm tough.

Julie: I have used Finish gel packs for 5 years and was very pleased with the results; but I replaced my dishwasher and was very disappointed with my current product. Decided to at least give other products a try. Palmolive does an amazing job. I never rinse my dirty dishes and they came out sparkling clean.
