Westley H.: Padding is sufficient for a big bag. I especially like the front pocket for carrying cables, picks, strings, etc. The strap inside secures the headstock so it doesn’t fall out if you unzip the bag whilst it’s sitting up.

G. Meloy: I've had two of these cases and on both of them the part of the zipper you pull on broke in half (there are decorative grooves on the pulls and they cut them too deep or maybe it's just cheap metal). One of them I wasn't even pulling on the zipper at the time, it just fell off.
Still, it's a pretty decent bag and half the price of most, so for the cost of a zipper pull repair kit it's still worth it to me.

Ryan: Haven't had to use this much yet as I haven't been taking my bass anywhere lately, but it's got solid construction, comfortable to carry, fits the bass well. Just be mindful walking through doors if you have it on as a backpack, the neck does stick up above your head, so if you're a decent height you may end up banging door frames. (Not a flaw, just something to be mindful of)

Pitbull Reviews: I have three of their guitar gig bags but this bass soft case is head and shoulders above the pack. (The other bags have inner linings of taffeta or something like that, which can be shredded, they don't fit snugly and have awkward pockets.)
This product: Very nice finish in a durable exterior fabric. Padding is sufficient for my needs, ie., Fender Squire bass, Yamaha bass and others.
Just one pocket, but enough for a cable or wireless widgets. Fit is perfect for standard bass.
If you have a $5,000 vintage Fender Jazz bass you should probably consider a hard case but as far as I am concerned this is the go-to work horse bass gig bag and I would not think of ordering any other for my bass collection. Mileage may vary, but my experience with this one is highly positive.

B. Dixon: This gig bag is very stylish and has decent protection especially at this price point. Padding is sufficient to handle most situations for carrying your bass guitar. Nice cording on the edges of the bag and zippers seem of good quality. Probably not for travel or constant road trips. Velcro neck strap to hold bass guitar in place and enough pockets to hold just about everything you might need. Shoulder straps are also sufficient for most applications. Fits my bass snugly and doesn't slide around. Happy with my purchase.
