I think I've had this for almost a year or something and it has helped keep the drainage clog free, and still looks the same, no rust or anything or the rubber part failing. Amazon Customer: Purchased to use in addition to the Tub Shroom when I bathe our dog. (The Tub Shroom needs back-up when there’s that much fur to catch!) This drain catcher is more difficult to remove the hair from than other drain catchers, but not difficult in general. I have not had any issues with it moving while I shower.

Joy MillerJoy Miller: I had to cut openings at the base of this drain cover so water could drain well. Before I made the cuts, water would pool around the drain until it reached the level of the lowest openings. Once I made the cuts, the drain still catches hair and it's easy to clean.

AmyAmy: This is perfect for cutting and adapting if you have a shower tray with a deep trap. The original shower hair trap has a rigid rectangular piece with a rectangular silicon tube to slot over the top. It is so fiddly to slot into place especially when you're in the middle of taking a shower and the tray suddenly starts filling up and I don't want to turn the shower off because it comes through freezing for a few seconds when I turn it on again. Whether the shower is running or not I have to stick my fingers blindly in the trap to find the hair filter as its dark down there and the filter is black and to one side of the wall. Fitting the rectangular silicon tube back onto this is impossible so it just sits in the trap hopefully to catch more hairs. Its been driving me nuts for two years. Finally I found this and decided to buy this holey silicon cup. I knew it wouldn't be a perfect fit but it was the closest to it and crossed my fingers that I could adapt it. I pushed it down the trap to try and it crinkled up at the edges. I knew from pattern cutting that I just needed to make two slits in the silicon cup so the excess can overlap and the cuo sides would lay flat against the wall of...

Amazon Customer: Doesn't stick on as securely as you might hope. You might kick it by accident while showering and it would come straight off but it stays secure against the water which is what matters most.
Otherwise, it's extremely easy to take off and on. It catches hairs excellently and is very easy to clean between showers.
Highly recommend!

vicky: Works as described. I have given 4 stars because it is quite big and bulky and can be kicked out of place in the shower. However with a pop up plug system it can't be flush anyway.

Adapta-se ao ralo do poliban que tem um rede circular (pouco eficaz) elevada. Uso em conjunto com OXO Good Grips Colador de desagüe de acero inoxidable para bañeras e em cojunto ajudam a reduzir bastante os cabelos que passam.
Mesmo envitando que a maioria do cabelo vá para o ralo ao final de 2 a 3 usos é necessário remover os cabelos ou deixa de ter drenagem eficaz de água.
