Pros: heats and keeps water at a comfortable temperature, deep enough to cover large feet above ankle level, has rollers and handle which make it easier to move to/from sink
Cons: doesn’t shake or move the water around, the mechanically driven massagers will rub your skin raw if you aren’t careful.
Summary: it is well made and great for soaking your feet but if you want a foot spa that will vibrate the water to relax your feet this isn’t the one to buy.

I used it twice, the second time the bubble function did not work. a bit dissapointing, the massage function is working which is something. If the bubble function was working it would have been a great product.

Love it!!! The product arrived very well packed and in excellent condition and it arrived on time. This foot spa is perfect. The water level goes above the ankles, and it has a mark up to where to fill it up. The rollers are really good, they really feel like you are getting a real massage, so relaxing. I add calming lavender salts straight into the water and it works perfectly. The bubbles are strong enough to massage and relax and not annoy, and the temperature is good! I usually start by putting warm water, but you don't have to start it off with hot water if you don't want to and it will keep the temperature as you set it on the digital panel. It has wheels for easy transport and it’s easy to fill up as well, has drainage to empty. I would recommend this product to everyone who has tired feet.

The spa just arrived today. I bought mine used. It was "Like New" except for a grease smudge on the drainage hose. Whoever printed the instructions overdid the amount of ink. So the depictions of the controls are nearly black and you can't make out which control they're describing. However, if you're willing to play around with the buttons for awhile you will get the hang of it.
I'm seriously worried about the longevity of the massage feature. Seems like this spa was designed for dainty ladies and not men. The massage rollers make a squeaking noise when I put my feet on them no matter how lightly I apply pressure. Some people have complained the massage rollers hurt. That's easily solved by moving your feet around.
I'm baffled by the bubble feature. It doesn't seem to help your feet. However, I suppose that if you added some sort of aromatic to the water and warmed it up, the bubble feature would cause an aromatherapy type of effect as you breathe in the mist created by the bubbles.
Until you patiently play with the controls for awhile, you will not understand how they are interlinked. Some of the complaints from the other...

I was worried at first because the last product I bought was light and the rollers weren't very strong. But I bought this one and found it surprisingly effective. I mean you will sit there and feel so good that you'll zone out. The first time I used it I pushed a little too hard on the rollers with my feet because it felt so good, and after about 30 min I realized my feet had some dead skin taken off and were sore the rest of the night lol. So I won't do that again. But now that I know how powerful the rollers are I just let the weight of my feet dangle and it works WONDERS. It has a wide range of temperatures and easily controlled by one button. The highest setting is too hot for me but right in the middle is PERFECT. It warms up extremely fast to the temperature you want. You can turn the rollers off if you just want to soak your feet in warm/hot water. And you can turn the bubbles on and off so that's cool. It's not heavy at all even with water in it. Really easy to set up. Definitely a great product. I'm glad I bought it!
