CDGCDG: It was a really cool tree topper but the mechanics make a noise. Also the snowflake is only on the front and back. Did not have a remote.

Cdaylilly: The tree topper needs to be close to the ceiling to get the full effect of the rotating stars. We have a 9-foot tree and it's hard to get it to stay just right on the treetop, a little too heavy. It does have a nice long cord for easy plugging into electric. It's an eye catcher, everyone notices it when they come in the front door. We would buy it again.
