Amazon Customer: I set the mood and then half to power it up past 25 to feel anything usually have to run it around 45 to get any use out of this machine. I have tried other similar machines of my friends I can feel the pulse at five. I would not recommend this brand to anybody.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The life cycle usage will start for me now so I cannot comment on that yet.
The overall product design is excellent.
This product is much better than the nearest competitor you know wHO since the power is switch mode wall power and does not need water conduction. The unit power supply is 5v/1A the same as most tablet chargers and compares to my hand held inferential stimulator which is 9V/0.6A. Hopefully the damaged packaging inside the shipping box (photo attached) has not damaged the electronic components inside.

Deborah F.: I’m dealing with a left leg knee (many years) and a recent right leg foot(1 1/2 months). Long story short after X-rays and no clear issue and advised to treat as soft tissue injury, I decided to try this as an additional option. I can’t say this is the cure I’ve only had it for a week. But I use it twice daily and wear a walking boot ( for fracture) and this the first in 2 months I don’t have shooting pain on the top of my foot with every step I take. I will give these options every chance by continuing for the full 4-6weeks. That being said……
Even if I didn’t have any issues this feels good. Not just the feet also place the pads on my knee and calves. Very easy to use.

Amazon Customer: This is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever ordered from anywhere.....ever.
The remote: Must be pointed directly down at the main unit and no further than 2 ft away. You can't sit back and adjust it/turn on or off, you have to hover right over it.
The Cords: poor placement so you have cords hanging out from both sides getting tangled and in the way.
Foot mode: garbage- you must be barefoot, even w the thinest socks on and the intensity cranked up in the 30's i felt nothing. Removed my socks and still barely felt it.
Body mode: same garbage. Intensity on 40 felt nothing on leg, back or arm. Checked connections everything plugged in. Changed the mode and could feel a little sensation on some modes but most of them nothing at all or barely noticeable.
Overall: Garbage - footpads not comfortable at all. Feels pretty fragile but none of that matters if it doesn't even work worth a crap.
Even the offer of a $15 gift card cut make me give this piece a garbage 2 stars much less 5. They should keep their gift cards and put it towards making a better product.
