carey allen: I bought my 13 yr old chihuahua some very expensive freeze dried food but she didn’t seem to like it and it was harder for her to chew so I was looking for a healthy substitute and stumbled on this brand. She really seems to like it and her itching and hacking are much better. I would recommend giving this a try.

MerlynNY: I rescued a 7 month old Husky recently. When I took her into the Vet for a wellness check, I had asked the vet what would be the best food for her. Without hesitation the Vet said Purina Pro Plan was the best! So trusting my vet I went out and bought the food.

I feed my dog the Purina Pro Plan food and she sniffed around it at first and ate it. The food gave her diarrhea. Knowing huskies have notoriously sensitive stomachs, i thought I'd try sticking to it to see if she normalized. It wasn't happening.

During that time decided to educate myself on dog foods. Obviously fresh dog food is the best. I don't have time to scratch make dog food myself, and the fresh dog food in the big brand stores is either too expensive, or I cannot depend on them to keep it in stock regularly enough.

I came across Orijen dog food and the first thing I noticed were the ingredients. The first ten ingredients in a dog food is pretty telling. Here's the first ten for Orijen's Original Dog Food: Chicken, turkey, salmon, whole herring, chicken liver, dehydrated chicken, dehydrated turkey, dehydrated chicken liver, dehydrated egg, and dehydrated sardine. I❤️AmazonI❤️Amazon: I love Orijen they make a superior dog food I meant to buy the amazing grain. I prefer the amazing grain because it doesn’t have legumes in it DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! but I will still use this it’s only a 4lb bag I have a very picky Chihuahua mix. She eats this right up. always remember anything after the salt is less than 1% so don’t be fooled by these other brands that like to fluff up their food. To make it sound good also yes it’s a little pricey but you don’t have to give your dog as much food as you do with the cheap garbage I couldn’t believe it like I said before do your research but your dog deserves good food

ryan ebron: I have so much to say about the brand Orijen. I started feeding their cat food to my cat since he was a kitten and he is the healthiest cat i’ve ever known. So I started researching this food for my DOG. Mind you she will not eat any dry foods, shes very picky. She genuinely gets excited for this food and eats it immediately. For $100 this bag lasts me a long time and I have a 73-ish pound dog that eats 2 cups a day. She seems less sluggish and tired, her poops definitely look better as well. On top of that she puts on weight easy and i’ve actually seen good weight loss while on this food. Her skin and fur and softer than ever as well, same goes for my cat who eats this brand! It isnt the cheapest option but its so worth the extra money. You can get a $60 bag of dog food that may even be less food and itll just destroy their stomachs. Spend the extra money for a high quality food, I plan to feed orijen forever.

Morton GlobusMorton Globus: We started using Orijen Senior when my dog - a wire fox terrier - turned ten years old. He is 15 now and still doing great. We feed him this for breakfast everyday, and cook for his dinner. While this dog food is expensive, it is worth every penny. As you can tell from the photo, even with my dog's advanced age his fur still has vibrant colors. I previously had two other wire fox terriers years ago, was not feeding them Orijen (didn't even know about it at the time), and by the time they reached about 12 years old, they had lost all their colors and turned completely white/grey.
You will quickly notice the high quality whenever you open the bag, the food is still quite moist and fresh.
We did in the past give him other Orijen food, but have stuck with the senior since it seems to really help him maintain a healthy digestive system.

If you have an older dog, I implore you to feed them this excellent dog food!

Gabriela Olivera Chávez: Le puse cuatro estrellas porque otra vez me enviaron un saco defectuoso que no se puede cerrar herméticamente, lo que pone en riesgo la conservación de la comida. De ahí en fuera esta comida es excelente y le cae muy bien a mi perra. Espero que revisen este tipo de cosas porque devolver 12 kilos de comida por correo se hace bastante complicado y a veces se prefiere conservarse así aunque venga defectuoso el empaque.
