cp: I love the flavor of the garlic ghee-and it is so good for your gut, too! Easy spreadable texture and great for cooking. Great, guilt-free butter substitute that has no dairy or harmful casein. Organic too!

Brianod: If you have never had ghee (also called clarified butter) you have been missing out on one of life's great culinary treasures. You can actually make this at home by just low cooking regular butter and scraping the milk solids off but this pre-made version is just very convenient (if a little pricey). I like that the cows used are grass fed, makes a difference (just like with beef).

Ghee does not have to be refrigerated. Ghee also has a very high smoke point. You can cook with it up to about 400* Fahrenheit. Can be used to pop popcorn instead of oil. Dip lobster in ghee and you will die a very happy person. It's not actually any more unhealthy than regular butter and maybe a little better for not having any milk fat.

I initially decided to try it out due to some digestion issues I was experiencing with regular butter. Since making the switch, I'm pleased to report that those issues are a thing of the past.

Jason Joseph: I have tried alot of Ghee products and this one is by far my favorite.

Many other products get too liquidy when left at room temp, but this one has a nice thicker consistency which is evidence of higher quality.

Great for bulletproof coffees if you are on a keto diet.
