Matthew: These are pressed flat, but if you soak them they can be moved back to the original shape. These are perfect for what I bought them for: cleaning dishes and countertops. Only reason for 4 stars is they don't overtly show they are shipped flat.

AryaMichelle: Don't be fooled when it arrives flat as a pancake- just rinse with hot water and the loofah expands right away into a soft, perfectly scrubby loofah. I actually prefer that they arrive flat- I live in an RV and storage space is a premium! the loofah is big enough to be cut into 3 pieces, I use them for body and dishes.
Can't be beat.

Elaine: What I do with mine is a cut them length wise and half, and then fold the loofa in half again and use it for washing. I was taught this by a Middle Eastern person many years ago!
These are good for occasional exfoliating. A person may not want to use it on a daily basis because he can be a little aggressive on skin but a person has also be mindful of how much pressure they’re using.

Kindle Customer: Full of seeds, not all come out with soaking. Beating against side of sink helps. Could clog drain. Lots of bits of plant. Would not buy again.
