SocalDancer: I use these in my health smoothies. They get ground up as I’m mixing in the blender. You’re not supposed to grind flax until you’re ready to eat them soon after. I keep them in the refrigerator after opening. Perfect and healthy!! Can be used in salads, oatmeal or anything appropriate, but grind first!

Jessica L. Popovics: Nothing bad to say. Its a good and taste good. I like to grind it and add it to salad or other foods for a nice topping that is very healthy. Seems like a little will go a very long way so very good size bag.
