Ewa: I’m using in very simple way . 1 table spoon of flex seeds, pouring over boiling water in 1/4 glass. Cover up. Let it stand overnight. I’m eating the next day. Of course you can add it to smoothies. I’m eating the way my father showed me. Maybe not tasting amazing for some people by does the job. My stomach doesn’t acting up. No problem going to the bathroom. My hair keep in touch.

ImmaNag: They are exactly what they say they are. I use these in shakes or oatmeal to help keep my digestive system running smoothly. It might be more convenient if the packaging was zippered but I use a chip clip to help keep the bag closed.
Also note, these are not grounded flax seeds! I didn’t realize this until after they arrived, I should have read the description better.
