M. Butler: I love coconut oil and this brand is great. I have been using this brand for a couple years anyway. I use it as an entire lotion for my body arms legs, scalp, feet, giving it to my dog to eat daily. The dogs have beautiful fur which is soft and do not seem to get the fleas with me using this. With the dogs they eat it and I rub it on their fur when I bathe them. It is wonderful to use in your cooking also.

The Baker Family: I've been ordering this coconut oil on a subscription order for several months now. I use it regularly for cooking and in my handmade natural soap. It is consistently of a reliable quality. Great unrefined taste and smell. Always fresh. Great for therapeutic qualities too. Can't get enough of it.

Melanie Gibson: What I like about this: the huge size that is not as expensive as some of the other brands out there, the smell (as if I am on a tropical island somewhere), and that it looks like it might last a while because the jar is so big.
What I do not like as much: I live in New England and the coconut oil has turned into a solid now that the temperature is below 73 degrees F. I do know this will happen to all coconut oils, but what I am still on the fence about is that I have to fight to get anything out of the jar now. The paper appears to have been put on with some sort of super glue and it was impossible to get it all off, which I could live with except that it is backed with metal foil and I can't put the jar into the microwave oven to soften the contents a little without hearing scary zapping sounds and seeing sparks through the viewing window. I have also tried heating up a spoon in very hot tap water and using that - it is hard work, and I appear to need a larger spoon. I thought about heating it up in a pan of water on the stove, but then I would be concerned about weird chemicals from the plastic getting into the oil. I'll figure something out; I just got this a little while...
