Gill: Tried these as I have dermatitis on my scalp so applying coconut oil topically makes my hair look greasy. After taking these I can feel the difference in my skin, it’s moisturised and relieves my itchy scalp wonderfully. No flavour as you swallow them, they are rather large however because of the silky smooth capsules I find the really easy to swallow and great value for money as it’s a massive tub.
