Marcia K Rose: First time user. Was a snap to fix. Flavor was a bit flat but when putcwith the meat was fine. No issue with lumps. Came together in just a few minutes. Didn't split which I have found have occurred with some Gluten free products.

Amazon Customer: I try to stay away from salty foods and sauces for my health..love gravy but it's always salty and if I TRY to make from scratch it is horrible..lol...so this vegan gravy is great replacement.
