StMichaelslove: What is not to like? I have not just made gravy with it. I use it for enhancing flavor to steak like a dry rub and also I use it on mushrooms to give that nice beefy flavor. Large portabellos taste like beef with this rubbed on. Buy in bulk and give to friends as gifts. See who could come up with the best dish using the gravy mix for your next party.

Nana: I have been using McCormick Gravy Mix for many, many years. It is the only gravy mix I use. I usually do use this with the pan drippings or juices from whatever meat/poultry I am preparing. This really stretches the amount of gravy you can make, and I love the flavor. Enjoy!

D. J. Anderson: When we ran out of our last container, I thought we had procured it at Costco, but much to my dismay they did not have it. I got an eMail from Amazon letting me know that they had it and I might be running low. Woo-freaking-Hoo! I ordered several containers as the family really loves Loco Moco and if you don't know what that is, you probably have not been to Hawai`i or a Hawai`ian BBQ. Here is the gist, a goodly scoop of Jasmine rice, a quarter pound hamburger patty on top, and top that off with a fried sunny side up egg and cover it with brown gravy. Serve it with Guava juice or P.O.G. (Passion, Orange, Guava). So freaking good, the kids will love it and so will you. It sounds odd but it is the best. The first time I had it was at Jimmy Buffet's "Cheeseburger in Paradise" on Maui. We went there for breakfast and I wanted a Cheeseburger with a fried egg on it but for some reason they were not serving burgers for breakfast. The nice waitress offered me Loco Moco and I tried it and was in love at once. To quote an old commercial, "Try it, you'll like it"!
