Mikayla C.Mikayla C.: I love this original unsweetened, organic, almond milk, and have been buying it for months in a row now. It is such a great deal for only 299, and you get half a gallon. I also love that it is vegan, non-dairy, carrageenan-free, a good source of vitamin A, and an excellent source of vitamin B12 and D. It is only 40 cal a serving and delicious.

Coloratura Kiki: I'm a vegetarian, but not vegan, so cow's milk isn't off-limits to me, but I just don't like it. I dislike the taste of cow's milk. I don't, however, dislike almond milk, and I think this is a very good brand, with very good value. I don't drink milk, but sometimes it's necessary to use. I use this for baking, for sauces, and mostly, to put on my morning cereal. Nuts, especially almonds, are good for us, when eaten in moderation, so I actually feel good about using this milk. I hated milk as a child, and most of the time, I just wouldn't drink it, much to my mother's dislike. Had I had almond milk, I would have probably downed all she gave me. Many almond milks are fortified with calcium, so if you have a child who hates cow's milk like I did, perhaps he or she will drink almond milk. It's worth a try. And, as an added bonus, almond milk won't give you the digestive upset that cow's milk can sometimes cause. Try it! I think you'll like it! And, you'll be doing your body a favor.
