Amy in Abq.: These are the best toasted coconut flakes I've ever had. They are crispy with a nice rich, decadent feel in the mouth. Fresh. Just the coconut, so they are very healthy. A wonderful snack for me AND my dog. She loves them too!

Aggie: After following the anti-inflammatory Protocol (AIP) diet for 2 years due to an autoimmune illness, I have become quite well-acquainted with all things coconut. When Azure Standard stopped selling their awesome thick coconut chips with the rind still on, I started searching Amazon for a close replacement.

Compared to several other brands I've ordered, Terrasoul's are the best! And NOT the most expensive, which is also nice. These coconut chips are cut slightly thicker and longer than other brands, perfect for granola or eating plain as a snack. They are also lightly toasted, a feature that I didn't see on the description, but I love it! I normally toast my coconut chips anyway, as I think it brings out their flavor. This company has done the work for me - thank you!

Excellent product that I will definitely order again. Now if they just offered a version with the rind...
