There are no ingredients listed on the packets, but from the smell of it, it's very cumin- and coriander-forward. My previous batch, from a different retailer, focused more on "sweeter" ingredients, like cardamom and cinnamon. I know there are different variations of garam masala out there; my personal preference is for less aggressively savoury.
Disappointing that the full list of spice components (or origin) is not given. Will be buying elsewhere next time.
