Katy: My mother is vegan and whenever she comes to visit I want to make sure that I have the best, organic foods available for her. She sent me a few recipes in advance of coming for the holiday and one of the most delicious of her recipes is a vegan cream of broccoli soup that uses raw cashews to make the “cream sauce“ part of the soup. I don’t know what kind of culinary magic this is but this particular brand of raw cashews is the absolute best. I have to be gluten-free because I am allergic to wheat and many of the raw cashews offered at my local grocery stores are cross contaminated due to shared equipment. I love that these are safe for me and meet the very high quality standards for organic and vegan products that my mother expects. They also make every single recipe that I use them in taste amazing. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
