Floyd: Everything about this item is great except, the red #40 used for color or whatever reason it was used for. I do not eat the red #40 so the item will never be used by us but it sure does look great in the package and I can tell it was fresh and looks delicious. When I bought it I never would have thought they had placed red #40 in the ingredients. But do not let this post discourage you on the item. Everything on the item was perfect and you would love it but if your like me and do not eat the red #40 then now you know.
