Neive: I found f.s yousaf through tiktok and pages posted from this book on there. I had to read it, and im so glad I did. This book is beautiful. It eased my anxiety with every page i read, and made me appreciate everything in front of me, which helps me sleep on hard days. I cannot wait to read the other books yousaf has written.
