This couscous cooks up so nicely and the flavor is great, but what makes this special is the turmeric. Turmeric has so many health benefits and it can sometimes be difficult to find ways to add it to dishes. This pasta comes with the turmeric in it and the flavor, color and texture is wonderful! Highly recommend.

I adore this kind of couscous, its amazing. Follow the directions to the letter and you will make a wonderful dish. Sometimes I do brown butter, sometimes I make it cheesy, but no matter how Ive made it, Ive loved every bite.

My younger kids really like this compared to plain. I like the flavor but don't get much of a turmeric vibe from it. If you're expecting it to taste like east Indian it will not.
