Lucy: We had never had couscous before but found a great recipe and we are hooked. Put some butter in your sauce pan and fry the couscous until lightly brown. Add water as per package with a packet of dry bouillon. Cook as directed, drain any excess water. Then add the zest of one lemon and the juice of about half the lemon. Then stir in another bit of butter and serve. So so YUMMY! Can't wait to try it with lime. Price is great compared to my local supermarket.
