naye: I'm recently doing Keto and it's difficult to leave foods that I enjoy like pasta. The best way to use it is by following the instructions: wash the noodles multiple times and leave them aside. Do not boil them. Create your sauce and then add the noodles and maybe leave for a few minutes on the stove. The noodles do not get softer, but they aren't super hard either. They honestly have no taste but the texture does feel like noodles without the calories! I would def recommend and it has multiple packets inside that are only 5 calories each? What a win. Each packet is for one serving really.
I've tried multiple noodles and this has to be my favorite.

Michelle B.Michelle B.: Rinse off these, they smell a little fishy, but taste fine. They taste like whatever you cook it with. I Like to use with ground turkey and Rao spaghetti sauce. I don't miss the carbs that are in real noodles. These are a great substitute.

Craig: Anything soaking in a bag of water seems questionable but this is the perfect answer to pastaless pasta.
Loosens things up as well...if you know what I mean.

Teresa: If you love pasta, but must monitor your sugar/carb levels. then this is a good purchase. Whenever I make a stir-fry or hanker for spaghetti & marinara, I open a pkg. rinse well, and then lay the YUHO Konjac noodles underneath the sauce or stir-fry for a few minutes until it heats sufficiently. I love it, and will order more as soon as I run out. It's cheaper than buying a single pack at a time at the grocery store.
One package per meal works for me. I still serve regular pasta or noodles for the rest of my family. This is an excellent product for diabetes type 2, or pre-diabetes type 2. Happy Eating!

FamilyGuy: I was a little hesitant to try these but I miss my rice and pasta on my diet. Used my first serving to make a small spaghetti dinner and oh boy was it good. Found another trick from an other buyer........make your spaghetti dinner and let it sick in the fridge overnight. The noodles soak up the flavor and even soften a little more making them more pasta like. Great substitute for regular pasta.Fast delivery as well.

Betty: I recently started a low carb diet and was looking another alternative to pasta as you can only eat that resembled actual pasta. I've heard hat some people complain about the smell. I rinsed the noodles and added them to my 'pasta' dish. Although the texture is not quite the same as pasta, the noodles absorb the flavor of the sauce really well so the texture wasn't an issue for me so it was a win win for me. I will definitely purchase this item again!

C. Moeller: Recommendation: If you want a keto noodle replacement, and don't mind a slightly different texture (or the higher price), buy these.

Pros:
* Pretty much a noodle aside from having a bit more springiness
* No carbs
* No flavor
* Good fiber for binding (if you have health problems)
* Doesn't seem to aggravate constipation or diarrhea

Cons:
* Expensive compared to noodles
* Slightly different texture, but 95% a normal noodle

More:
Has pretty much no flavor with just rinsing it off.

In most sauces, you'd think they were noodles, and might not notice anything off.

If you concentrate on texture- they feel a bit more "gelatin" like compared to actual noodles- have some resistance to breaking, have a bit of springiness when pulling on them.

Connors Grama: Wish this was cheaper and i would totally swap out for ever using rice or pasta again. Texture is interesting but good, easy to flavor and just goes good with everything, personally my husband and I love it especially for health benefits and weight loss!!!!

Donna MoriartyDonna Moriarty: I've been using this product since I started keto. It's a reasonable substitute for pasta, requiring a little extra prep to rinse and dry the noodles before using. And you have to get used to the smell, which bothers some people. I always order thru Amazon Marketplace. Once or twice I've gotten a bad package in a box of 8. The product was completely liquid, not even solid food anymore. Once the package had nasty brown stuff in the corners. This time almost every one of the packages in a $30 box was foul and had to be thrown out--slimy, blackened, or mush. Disgusting. The solution should be to ask for a refund, right? Nope. No can do with this Amazon marketplace seller. I quickly found another vendor selling a similar brand. I won't be returning to this brand or seller again.
