M: Dried udon is much tastier than frozen udon, and I like it. I will buy again.

maggie t: I've never been to Japan so I've never had authentic fresh-made noodles. So these are the next best thing. Added my own ingredients veggies et cetera, It was really good and filling.

Will Maynard: I usually stock up on our udon at the local Japanese market. I don't typically trust products online as much as those I see on store shelves; selection tends to be more limited and it's often a different product than I'm really looking for (finding miso I like is pretty hard, for example).
I'm happy to say that these are great for dried udon! I can't notice a significant difference between the brand I typically stock and these. They're a little more expensive online, but it saved me a trip to the market. Great staple to keep in the pantry.
