Megan: This kale must have been very mature at the time it was harvested. This isn't like the baby kale you're used to in salads; this is bitter, unpleasant-tasting, fully mature kale that's been chopped up and frozen. I used it for juicing and it made the juice a bit gross.

Vero: Healthy and organic kale to make salty veggie pies in a blink. Boil the pack 4 minuts in boiling water, drain. Saute chopped onions add the kale, press some garlic, eventually add red flakes and let the water evaporate... stir from time to time and salt pepper. Preheat oven at 356 F. In a salad ball beat 2 eggs, add nutmeg, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of half and half, pepper, (i do not salt, but u are free to) and beat again. Add 60 gr (1/2 cup) of maizena(corn starck), beat or mix to avoid lumps. In a pie mould put parchment paper in or just grease the mould. Place ur kale uniformely in the bottom of ur dish/mould and verse the egg preparation/maizena/nutmeg...on top. Cut the parchment excedent. Add cheese on top if u want, (but do not forget then to place an aluminum foil on top once the cheese is colored to avoid it burning). I love adding seeds on top like pumkin seeds or nuts. Place in the center of the oven and let cook for 30 min depending on your oven. Check the cooking with a knife blade in the center of the pie: if still wet it needs to cook at least 5 min or more (Please check regularly!) If it is dry or no traces on ur blade then it is cooked take it out. U could add...
