Serena: I have been using this for years to make my favorite chicken curry. Everybody likes my chicken curry.
This curry powder has depth which is why I like it. It isn't that hot so don't be afraid. I always use more than the recipe calls for. And, I add a bit of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
Buying it here is usually less expensive than in stores.
