Theron P. Snell: I "discovered" West-Indies curry when in Trinidad/Tobago. "Chief" Brand is really good...not really spicy and with a great flavor. i also recommend "Karibbean Flavors brand of mild curry, also from Trinidad. I used to buy Sands Brand as well but cannot find it.
I like West Indies Currey so much better than Indian curries; Most likely because of the simplicty of the spice-mix.
