Steve H: "Powder" is right. This grind is fine like flour. I prefer a medium/course grind. So be aware of how ridiculously fine this actually is.
Strength? Average. Not the stongest garlic I've found. And because of the fine flour grind, it's hard to get a real taste with just a sample.
Packaging? As a few others have mentioned and shown, the bag this was in reminds me of a mylar balloon. And of course, when the delivery driver dropped (literally) it off at my door, it split near a seam. Thankfully it was just a small split, and only a little of the product was seeping out.
Just be aware.. IMO it's far too "floury", the pungency is rather weak, and the packaging is subpar.
But since I had to open it to find this out, there's no real option to return it, soooo...

R.A.M.R.A.M.: Not sure if this bag was defective or if it's all of their packaging, but the bag bust on the bottom on both sides. I had that garlic powder for one day opened it for one use and then had garlic powder all over the floor the table everywhere on myself. It's a lot of garlic and it tastes good but they need to work on the packaging.

Traditionally when purchased in store 'paprika' does not have heavy spice, this is very spicy.
I will purchase Hungarian sweet paprika and see if that is what they are selling

Lullie: I find myself constantly wasting large chunks of onions while cooking for only 2. With these, great in dried foods and have used them in sauces and dips, stews as well. They smell and look great. The quality seems good and the price I won't complain about either. The expiry date is Long ways away. Less waste is always nice.

Sandra: Good product but I’m a bit disappointed that it came in a bag instead of a jar. I was expecting the garlic powder to be in the plastic jar as shown in the photo.
