Sarius: This is the best egg noodle I've ever eaten. It's firm and does not break down easily like many American egg noodles. It holds up and actually can be served 'al dente'. I highly recommend it and will be buy more soon. (I deleted my earlier review which had a complaint about the pkg. weight - turns out my scale was the culprit! Oops!)
