DMot: I was in need of a fine pasta, but was looking for something other than angel hair pasta and something with a little character. These egg noodles are perfectly light in a soup. They come in twisty shapes and lengths that gives soups a rustic look! Love them!

Russ: The first time I tried these I was kinda grossed out. They turned mushy really quick and added an unexpected flavor to my soup. The second time I still had half the bag left, and I was really hungry and had to stretch my soup so I just ate and didn't think about the flavor. The third time I really started to enjoy them. Now I get disappointed with other noodles in my chicken soup. These do get mushy, but they also add a richness to the soup I can't get otherwise and I've grown to love the texture. Give these a couple extra chances.
